Kick does not tolerate any kind of media on our platform that sexualises children. This includes both real and generated media.

Kick reports child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the relevant authority and permanently bans users who stream any content that may be classified as CSAM.

Kick permanently removes users who engage in any grooming, extortion, or otherwise illegal behaviour. We consider anyone under the age of 18 to be a minor. If streamers decide to stream any video chat applications (Monkey, Chat Roulette), streamers must immediately skip through any minors and/or anyone who could reasonably be considered a minor.

Children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in their respective country) are not permitted to have a Kick account. Users under the age of 18 must only use Kick under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian and with the parent or legal guardian’s permission.
