Overview
KICK does not tolerate any media on our platform that sexualises children. This includes both real and generated media.
KICK reports child sexual abuse material, also known as CSAM, to the relevant authorities and permanently bans anyone who streams content that may be classified as CSAM.
Inappropriate interactions with teen viewers
KICK permanently removes anyone who engages in grooming, extortion, or any other illegal behaviour involving minors. We consider anyone under the age of 18 to be a minor.
If Streamers choose to stream video chat applications, such as Monkey or Chatroulette, they must immediately skip any minors and anyone who could reasonably be considered a minor.
Safety
Children under 13, or under the age of digital consent in their respective country, are not permitted to have a KICK account.
Viewers under the age of 18 may only use KICK under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian and with the parent or legal guardian’s permission.
