How to set up KICK subscriptions

This guide will show you how to set up paid subscriptions on KICK.

Step 1: Revenue Dashboard

Once you are logged in to your KICK account, visit your Revenue dashboard page to start the process.

The Revenue page is located in your Streamer Dashboard, which can be accessed by clicking your avatar and selecting Streamer Dashboard.


Step 2 - Select your Country:

Choose your country of residence and click Set Up Account.


Step 3: Stripe Account Setup

Enter your email address and click Continue.


Step 4: Enter Your Phone Number

Please provide a phone number that can receive OTPs, also known as One-Time Passcodes.


Step 5: Verification Code

Enter the OTP, also known as One-Time Password, that was sent to your device.


Step 6: Verify Your Personal Details

Enter your full name, address, and phone number, then click Continue.


Step 7: Select an Account for Payouts

Enter your bank information, making sure the currency and country of your bank are correct.

Click Save.


Step 8: Review Your Details

Make sure all the details provided are entered correctly, then click Agree and Submit.

💡 Once your account has been created, you will receive an email from Stripe. Please make sure you confirm your email address.


Step 9: Congratulations

If your details were accepted by Stripe, you should now be redirected back to KICK with a new Revenue Dashboard.

I’m not receiving an OTP from Stripe. What should I do?

Make sure your mobile phone number has been entered correctly and that the country code is correct.

You can also try adding a 0 to the start of your number.

My OTP code is not working. What should I do?

Try clicking Resend Code and entering the new code into Stripe.

My country is not supported. What should I do?

Unfortunately, until Stripe is available in your country, you will not be able to set up subscriptions.

How often will I be paid?

This varies by country, but it should usually be between 1 and 4 weeks.
