Let’s be direct: botting, view botting, and other forms of artificially inflated engagement don’t earn you anything on Kick. Views, followers, or watch time generated through bots, coordinated fake accounts, or third party engagement tools are never counted toward Kick Partner Program (KPP) eligibility or your ongoing payout rate.
What happens when we find it
If we find that a fast track application, an existing KPP account, or a specific payout period relied on inauthentic engagement:
The application or claim is rejected, or the affected payment is reversed
The Partner Program can be suspended while we investigate, or terminated outright for confirmed cases
Depending on severity and history, the channel itself can be banned, separately from its KPP status
How we monitor this
We actively monitor for engagement manipulation across the platform. We don’t disclose the specific detection methods we use, since publishing them would only help bad actors get around them.
If your payout looks off
If your payout looks lower than expected, we check first whether botting or similar activity explains the difference before assuming there’s an error on our end. We also work with our monitoring team to rule out other legitimate causes before finalising a response.
The bottom line
Genuine, organic growth takes time, and we don’t expect every stream to perform the same. But building your numbers through artificial means won’t be rewarded, and it puts your standing in the program, and on the platform, at risk.
