KICK Reserved Accounts are rare, only a small number will ever exist on the platform. If one has been created under your username, it's your head start.
Starting on a new platform from zero is hard. A Reserved Account gives your fans a place to follow you and build community before you even arrive, so your first stream on KICK isn't a cold start.

A Reserved Account holds your username so it's ready for you when you decide to make the move, meaning your audience can find you at the same handle they already know.
How do I know if an account has been reserved for me? If KICK's Partnerships team has reserved an account for you, you'll typically hear from us directly. You can also search for your username on KICK. A Reserved Account shows a distinct Reserved state on the channel page instead of an active channel.
How is it different from a regular KICK channel?
A Reserved Account isn't live yet, so there are no streams, no subscriptions and no gifting enabled. But fans can follow it and chat in the pre-launch chat. Once you claim it, all the usual KICK features become available.
Who can see my Reserved Account before I claim it?
Anyone on KICK can find and follow your Reserved Account. Fans can chat in the pre-launch chat while they wait for you to arrive.
What are the chat moderation settings on a Reserved Account?
The pre-launch chat on a Reserved Account has AI moderation set to maximum. Subscriptions, gifting and all monetisation features are disabled until you claim your channel.
How do I claim my Reserved Account?
To claim your Reserved Account, contact [email protected]. Our Partnerships team will confirm the details with you and help you move forward.
Email [email protected] from the email address you'd like linked to your KICK account.Note: this email address should not be associated with an existing KICK account.
Our Partnerships team will send a password reset email to that address.
Follow the link in the email to set your password and claim your account.
Once you reset your password, your channel updates from the Reserved state to a fully active KICK channel.
What happens after I claim my account?
After you've claimed your account, KICK's Partnerships team fast-tracks you toward Partner or Verified status, so you won't need to apply or meet the standard requirements other Creators go through.
Can I opt out?
Yes. If you don't want your Reserved Account, contact [email protected] and our Partnerships team will action your opt-out request.
Common questions
I can't claim my account. You may have more than one KICK account. Make sure you're using the same email address our Partnerships team sent your password reset to.
My account isn't showing as claimed after I reset my password. Your password reset link may have expired, or the reset wasn't completed. Contact [email protected] for help.
I've claimed my account but don't have the Verified tick yet. Fast-tracking happens shortly after you reset your password. If it's been a while, contact [email protected].
