How to use the active chatter list

The Active chatter list gives you a quick, organised view of everyone currently active in a channel's chat. It's grouped by role, searchable, and easy to filter. Use it to find a specific chatter or get a sense of who's around.

The Active chatter list shows every active chatter in a channel, grouped into the following categories, in this order:

In the chat panel, click the Active chatter list icon to open it. The list replaces the chat view.

To go back to chat, click the Back button at the top of the list.

Use the search bar to find a chatter by name. Search runs locally and is fuzzy, so it still finds a match even if you don't type the exact spelling.

Use the filter to narrow the list down to a specific role:

“Active” means someone who has chatted within the last 30 minutes. The list refreshes automatically every minute, so it always reflects who's currently active.
