KICK’s Law Enforcement Request Portal

Welcome to KICK's Government Law Enforcement Request System. This secure portal is to be utilised by verified government and law enforcement agencies to securely submit:

  • Information production requests.

  • Preservation and emergency requests; and

  • Other appropriate and relevant legal processes.

KICK will review each case and cooperate in accordance with our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and applicable Laws.

How to Submit a Request

Please submit your inquiry through our Law Enforcement Portal found here: Kodex

After accessing the link, registration on the platform will be required. Following registration, you will be able to submit your requests, monitor the progress of your cases and access all pertinent information.

Where applicable, you will be able to receive the records through the portal and keep track of your cases.

Should you have an emergency request, please ensure that your case is marked as "Emergency" under the legal process type, and it will be prioritised for processing. Please note that the portal is optimised for use with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Furthermore, please be advised that agency verifications submitted through the use of VPNs will not be processed.
