Opening a streamer's media kit: a guide for agencies and brands

A KICK streamer has shared their Media Kit with you. Here's what that means, what you can see, and how to make the most of it.

What is a KICK Media Kit?

A Media Kit is a verified, read-only snapshot of a streamer's channel performance, pulled directly from KICK's platform data. It's the streamer's way of showing you exactly how their channel is performing — without screenshots, manual reports, or back-and-forth.

Every number you see is verified by KICK.

How to open the link

  1. Click the link the streamer sent you.

  2. The Media Kit opens directly in your browser.

  3. No KICK account is required. You don't need to sign up or log in.

What you can see

The media kit shows a 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day view. Within that window, you'll see verified data covering:

  • Follower Count

  • Followers Gained

  • Average CCV

  • Peak CCV

  • Unique Viewers

  • Hours Watched

  • Chat Rate

  • Subscriber count

  • Subscriber Growth

  • Streams Frequency

  • Primary age bracket (Global)

For a full definition of each metric, see the Metrics Glossary →.

ℹ️ All metrics in the Media Kit are verified by KICK and come directly from platform data. They are not edited or filtered by the streamer.

Access rules and privacy

A few things to know:

  • Links expire after 30 days from the date they were generated. After expiry, the link stops working and you'll need to ask the streamer to send a new one.

  • Streamers can revoke links at any time. This could be a contributing reason why a link may stop working before 30 days.

  • Read-only. You can view the Media Kit but you can't edit it, comment on it, or change what's shown.

  • No account, no tracking. You don't need a KICK account to open the link.

Why this is useful

If you're evaluating a streamer for representation, a campaign, or a partnership, the Media Kit gives you:

  • Verified data straight from the platform — no need to take the streamer's word for it.

  • A consistent format across every KICK streamer, so comparing creators is faster.

  • A current view. The Media Kit is a snapshot of the streamer's analytics at the time the link was generated. Since links are time-limited, the data stays relatively recent, but it doesn't update dynamically after the link is created. If you open the link 20 days later, the metrics will still reflect the data from the original generation date.

FAQs

Do I need a KICK account to open the link? No. The Media Kit opens in your browser without a login.

What if the link doesn’t work?

There are several possible reasons why a media kit link may no longer work, including but not limited to:

  • The link has expired (30 days after creation)

  • The link was revoked by the streamer

  • The streamer’s account was deleted or banned

If the link is no longer accessible, please contact the streamer to request a new one.

Can I share the link with my colleagues? The link is open by design — anyone with it can view the Media Kit. We recommend treating it as confidential between you and the streamer, and asking the streamer if you'd like to share it more widely.

How current is the data? The Media Kit shows the streamer's latest verified analytics for the window they selected (30, 60, or 90 days from the date the link was generated).

Can I get ongoing access to a streamer's analytics? This isn't supported at this time.
