Kick strictly prohibits the sharing of non-consensual intimate images (NCII) on our platform. This includes real images, screenshots and AI-generated or digitally altered content such as deepfakes.
If you believe intimate images of you have been shared on Kick without your permission, this page explains what NCII is and how to report it to us.
What is NCII?
Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) is the creation or sharing of intimate or sexually explicit images or videos of a person without their consent. It is sometimes referred to as ‘revenge porn’, although that term does not capture the full range of ways it can occur.
NCII includes:
• Real images or videos shared without your permission.
• Images or videos recorded without your knowledge.
• AI-generated or digitally altered content (deepfakes) that depicts you in an intimate or sexual way.
If you gave permission for images to be taken or shared privately in the past, that does not give anyone the right to share them more widely. Consent is ongoing, you can withdraw it at any time. If you previously gave permission and have since changed your mind, you can still request removal.
How to report NCII on Kick
All NCII reports are handled as the highest priority by our Trust & Safety team. To submit a report, email us at:
To help us process your report as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:
1. Your name and signature (typed or electronic) confirming you are the person depicted, or that you are an authorised representative such as a legal guardian.
2. The location of the content, for example, direct links to the stream, clip or video. The username of the channel or account and any relevant timestamps or descriptions.
3. A brief good-faith statement confirming the content was shared without your consent. If the content is AI-generated or a deepfake, please mention this.
You do not need to have all of this information to contact us. If you are unsure, reach out anyway, and our team will help guide you through the process.
What happens after you report
Once we receive your report:
• We will send you an acknowledgement confirming we have received it.
• Our Trust & Safety team will review the report as a priority matter.
• If the content violates this policy, we will remove it and take action against the account responsible within 48 hours.
• We will notify you once the content has been removed.
• We will take reasonable steps to remove identical copies of the content from reappearing on our platform.
We will review and action all valid NCII reports as soon as practicable, and within 48 hours of receipt.
Additional support and resources
We encourage anyone affected by NCII to seek support.
The following organisations may be able to assist:
• Take It Down (NCMEC), takeitdown.ncmec.org, a free tool that helps remove intimate images, including images of minors, from the internet.
• StopNCII.org, a tool that works across multiple platforms simultaneously to help prevent intimate images from being shared online.
