What Are KICKs?
KICKs are virtual goods that you can use to interact with Streamers and the community.
Web
You can purchase KICKs by clicking the KICKs icon next to your avatar in the top navigation bar. You can also purchase KICKs through the Gift Shop in any eligible channel by clicking your KICKs balance or the Get KICKs button.
Mobile
You can purchase KICKs through the Gift Shop in any eligible channel by clicking your KICKs balance or the Get KICKs button.
How to Send a Gift
Ready to show your support? Sending a Gift is simple. Follow these steps:
While on a Streamer’s channel, locate and tap the Gift Shop icon under the chat input box.
Browse the selection of available Gifts. Each Gift has a different KICKs value and appearance.
3. Select the Gift you would like to send. Depending on the Gift level you select, you may be able to send a custom message.
4. The higher the value of a Gift, the longer its associated message can remain pinned in the chat carousel.
5. In the carousel, pinned messages are ranked based on a combination of Gift value and the time they were pinned. Messages with higher value and more recent timestamps will appear closer to the front.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts, where applicable, to confirm your selection. Your Gift will appear in the chat for everyone to see.

Am I eligible to receive Gifts?
Anyone who has achieved Streamer status in their Achievements and completed their Stripe Connect setup is eligible.
Are KICKs and Gifts refundable?
All KICKs and Gift transactions are final and non-refundable. Please make sure you want to send the Gift before confirming the transaction.
Why should I send a Gift?
Gifting is one of the most direct ways to support your favorite Streamers on our platform. It also helps you get noticed by the Streamer and allows you to share your excitement with the entire community.
What Gifts can be pinned in the chat carousel?
Only Gifts valued between 500 and 50,000 KICKs can be pinned in the carousel. Within the carousel, messages from higher-value Gifts and more recent timestamps will appear closer to the front.
Who can delete a pinned message?
Pinned messages can be deleted by Moderators and the Channel Owner. Once deleted, Gift transactions remain non-refundable.
