KICKs are virtual goods that you can use to interact with Streamers and the community.
Web
You can purchase KICKs by clicking the KICKs icon next to your avatar in the top navigation bar. You can also purchase KICKs in any eligible channel by clicking your KICKs balance or the Get KICKs button.
Mobile
You can purchase KICKs in any eligible channel by clicking your KICKs balance or the Get KICKs button.
How to Send KICKs and Pin a Message
Ready to show your support? Follow these steps to send KICKs and pin your message:
1. While on a Streamer’s channel, select the KICKs icon under the chat input box.
2. Use the slider to select the number of KICKs you want to send.
Available amounts are:
1, 10, 50, 100, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000, or 50,000 KICKs.
3. Enter the message you want to pin.
4. The number of KICKs you send determines how long your message can remain pinned in the chat carousel.
5. In the carousel, pinned messages are ranked based on a combination of the number of KICKs sent and when they were pinned. Higher-value and more recent messages appear closer to the front.
6. Review your selection and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Your KICKs contribution and message will appear in the channel for everyone to see.

Are KICKs transactions refundable?
