Viewer Controls
KICK provides Viewers with a number of features to customise their experience and choose what content they would like to see or exclude.
Viewers can find the Content Preferences tab under Settings when logged in to their account. In this tab, Viewers can disable certain categories if they choose. Viewers under 18 will not be able to access these categories by default.
Streamer Controls
KICK provides various AI Moderation settings that Streamers can access from Chat Settings in their Creator Dashboard. Streamers can choose filtering levels for each category, giving them greater control over their chat.
Additionally, Streamers can turn on filters for gibberish or spam, which helps reduce the workload for moderators.
Streamers can also customise chat rules before Chatters participate in their chat, outlining specific rules for their community.
Streamers can also add banned words to their chat filter if there is anything they want to remove.
