Viewer Controls

Kick provides users with a number of features to customize their experience, and choose what content they would like to see, and what they would like to exclude.

Kick users may locate the “Content Preferences” tab under Settings when logged in to their account. In this tab, users may disable certain categories if they wish. Under 18 users will not be able to access these categories by default.

Streamer Controls

Kick provides various settings levels of AI Moderation that streamers can access from their “Chat Settings” in their “Creator Dashboard”. Streamers can choose filtering levels for each category which allows streamers total control over their chat. Additionally, streamers may turn on filters for gibberish or spam, which help lighten the load on moderators.

Furthermore, streamers can customize chat rules before chatters participate in their chat, outlining specific rules for your community.

Streamers can also add banned words to their chat filter if there’s anything that they wish to remove.
